2. Watch your money grow: The app shows you your available earnings (what you can access before payday)

3. Get your earnings when you want: If you need some of your earnings before payday, you have options:
   • Instant Transfer: Access your pay immediately for a $3.99 fee. 
   • 1-3 Business Day Transfer: Receive your pay within 1-3 business days for no fee ($0).

On payday, you'll get your regular paycheck minus any transfers and applicable fees.

4. Use it your way: No pressure to transfer - if you don't take any available earnings before payday, your paycheck stays the same. You can still use the app to track your earnings as they add up after each completed shift.
